March 2018- New Service Concepts out grows their original 5800 square foot facility and moves to a 26,000 square foot building. This facility, gives them the opportunity to grow and continue to provide a variety of items to any business or individual.

· 2017-New Service Concepts receives the "Innovator of the Year" award from the Universal Purchasing Association buying group at their conference in Orlando, Florida. They were chosen out of the 1,000 member companies located throughout North America.

· 2016-New Service Concepts celebrates their 15th Anniversary by partnering with Conn’s Potato Chips to provide personalized tins of chips to all of their customers.

· 2016 and 2019-New Service Concepts receives the ACES (Award for Community and Economic Success) Award.

· 2014-present: New Service Concepts partners with Genesis Healthcare donating linen for their Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser.

· 2013-present: New Service Concepts donates mops to the Muskingum County Animal Shelter.

· 2001-present: New Service Concepts partners with Denison University to donate blankets to the local Salvation Army.

 · 2008-present: New Service Concepts partners with the Muskingum County Red Cross donating linen for their Power of the Purse Fundraiser.

· April 2003-present: New Service Concepts partners with the Alfred Carr Center, donating the table linen for their Cake Auction Fundraiser.

· April 2002: New Service Concepts sets up operation in a 5800 square foot facility.

· May 2001: New Service Concepts begins providing service.
